I felt as though the reworking of this website deserved some sort of recognition in writing, so here’s something that probably belongs in a journal rather than online. But maybe it’s good to get back in the habit of writing. Regardless, I’m hoping that this website is now more enjoyable to browse and it’s a bit clearer on conveying what I’m about. You can be the judge of that. I’m also hoping that I can find more opportunities to have fun and flow, because I’m realizing that this whole experience was pretty great, dialling in and designing for myself.
Speaking of outlets for fun, I just played the first game of a new rec league soccer season. The sun was out, the temperature was great and I’d like to think I didn’t embarass myself too badly. Or rather, I may have had more confidence than in previous outings, which I’m realizing is probably the most important part. Also shoutout my teammates for being friendly and talented. Hoping this same energy carries over into what’s next.
